Deepak, I don't think it is EP but an SP. The sleeve may not be of this disc. EPs normally have 4 highly truncated songs or 2 long duration or 3 songs which is not the case with this.

The following are my personal views.
iZotope RX 6 Advanced Noise Reduction & Audio Repair Software is much better and precise than Sony Sound Forge 11. Also, it is very intuitive. Dehumming process is very easy to use. One could hear the amount of hum too. There are three options 50 Hz, 60 Hz, and one more. I use all three one by one and it works perfectly fine. Plus one could REPEAT. Most of the hum is in 50 Hz range.

Regarding Hum: Yes! It has hum. Close observation suggests that the hums are in regular pattern of 3-4 seconds.
Last time, I suggested using iZotope RX6 software. Again, I am enclosing youtube tutorial for dehumming using RX5. RX5 and RX6 are pretty much similar in terms of functions. Pl. check it here. iZotope RX 5: Audio Repair for Musicians - 15. Removing AC Hum: https://youtu.be/GA55wZQMt84 Just follow the steps.

Steps to be taken to remove the hum.
1. Click on De-Hum.
2. Make sure to increase the Number of Harmonics to 8. Default is 6. Merely slide the cursor to 8.
3. Just use different combinations such as 50 Hz Reduce with Harmonics plus 50 Hz in Base Frequency. Process it. Now do it with 60 Hz in Base Frequency keeping the 50 Hz base frequency the SAME. Process it. Now, change the Base Frequency to 60 Hz and use two combinations of 50 Hz Reduce with Harmonics and then 60 Hz Reduce with Harmonics. Don't forget to hit the PROCESS button in every combination.
4. If you want, you could REPEAT the above steps second time. So, totalling to 8 passes.

I am not an expert. However, somehow I feel that there is some EDDIES problem. It could be due to touching of two wires or it could be due to fluctuation in electricity supply to the unit or within the recording unit. Some electric stabilizer may not be working or some part might be out of order due to jerk.
Pl. try SURGE PROTECTOR electric gadgets like GM or Belkin.

Pl. use SONY SOUNDFORGE. It's professional than the Free Audacity. I found that Audacity is NOT that professionally built. Some details are lost there.

Thanks Prasad Sir & Jonty Bhai. The Hum is very much decreased as compared to previous uploads.I have used the same audacity which I have been using earlier.While trying sound forge an error occurs every time "low memory"."c" drive is nearly 60% empty and RAM 4 GB (don't think it's less).Regarding AC humming now I will try with adding an automatic stabilizer of V Guard to the record player and see the result.

No issues of recording in Sony. Upon rip, you might have to process the FLAC file 8 times. It will take about 10-15 minutes. But it will remove the hum. Two cycles will surely help.
Pl. let me know the difference between before and after editing using RX6.
