KHANA-KHAZANA

Friends under this title I'm going to upload some good recipes (no.. no.. i'm not a chef ha..ha,these are some good recipes which i have collected from various sources like e-books,tv programs,books etc).Hope you'll love this section too.Suggestions are always invited.

KARAAHI CHICKEN





Ingredients

1/2 kg diced tomatoes
garlic paste
chopped coriander leaves
7-8 green chilies
5 whole red peppers
2 tsp. salt
2 tbs. oil



Preparation :

1)-Take the chicken pieces and marinade in the garlic paste.

2)-Then heat some oil in a 'Karaahi' and add red peppers to brown.

3)-Then add the marinated chicken to the Karaahi.

4)-Let the chicken cook on low flame until it becomes slightly tender.

5)-Then add the diced tomatoes mixing them thoroughly with the chicken.

Let this cook also on a low flame for 15 minutes and then serve it by garnishing it with green chilies and coriander.
