As the files from rutracker is a vlc media file which will not play in most devices, I have converted the files to FLAC Uncompressed which retained the Sample Size of 24 Bit Depth and Sample Rate of 96 KHz. The FLAC files in uncompressed is bigger than the vlc media file (a.p.e. compression)
There is no compromise in sound quality and Flac files will play in most devices and is universal compared with the former. But I could not split the files due to absence of a cue files which were not enclosed by the uploader. In this case the cue files can still be created but is an ardous task and time consuming.

Since we are talking about cue files and bitrate here's what i found out...
I use the medival cue splitter for laawris but after that the output file is 5700 kbps whereas the original file has 6227 kbps, but the sampling rate remains the same 192 khz. I know there won't be any quality difference. Is there any way to split the file and keeping the same bitrate? Have any memeber tried this?
Just check ur upload yes it has the same bitrate. it is normal?

You are referring to kpbs which is a oscillation speed. As you mentioned that you had used Mediaval cue splitter, you will need to ascertain on how you've done the conversion. For example the oscillation rate for Laawaris file in VLC Media File Wav pack is 12,288 kpbs. When converted to Wave 24 bit it is 9216 kpbs and wave files then converted to FLAC 24 Bit retains this value, there is no fluctuation in oscillation rate. This rate is consistent with the dvd file (High Res.) and the value is same used by HD Tracks.com as I am a subscriber of the site and is familiar with the high res. files value. I am not sure on how you managed to get 5700 kpbs - oscillation speed. I am referring to 24 Bit Depth as I have downgraded the bit depth to save space and secondly the 32 bit will not play on conventional mobile devices.
